The Roots Farm Cooperative is federally registered and focused on managing and renting the land to new farmers.  It is organized into three categories:

  • Worker category : These are the employees at the core of the project who service day to day farmers with administrative, agricultural and maintenance support

  • Support category : These are the partners that provide punctual agricultural and financial support to the project

  • Farmer category : This category is reserve for our farmers to centralize purchasing and marketing power

Not For Profit

The 14926412 Canada Association is federally registered in Canada under the Not-for-profit Corporations Act and targets the educational, philanthropic and retreat component:

  • Workshops for the new comers to the country with an agricultural background or passion and the general public to get acquainted with organic agriculture and spark the passion

  • Safe havens for 2SLGBTQ+ and BIPOC communities as well as francophones for talks and discussions

  • Camps for inner city kids to be exposed to this wonderful career

  • Wellness activities for our marginalized farmers

  • Meeting place for new comers with an agricultural past
